Advertising & Content Rules

• You must own, or hold permission to use, every photograph, video, and piece of text you publish.
• Describe yourself and what you offer truthfully. Do not misrepresent your identity, age, location, appearance, availability or price.
• Do not impersonate another person, business or advertiser, and do not present another person's photographs as your own.
• Do not advertise any service that is unlawful where you are or where it would be provided.
• Do not offer, imply, hint at or price sexual activity in exchange for money or other consideration where that is unlawful — in any wording, including coded language, abbreviations, emoji or text within an image.
• Do not publish anything that indicates trafficking, coercion, control by a third party, or an inability to act freely.
• No person under 18 may appear in or be referenced by an advertisement, in any capacity.
• Do not publish anyone's image or intimate content without their consent.
• Do not claim a licence, certification, qualification or verification you do not hold, and do not imply Roesas has endorsed or vouched for you.
• Do not publish fraudulent pricing, hidden charges, bait pricing, or any other misleading commercial representation.

• Submit only media you took, own, or are authorised to publish.
• Every person depicted must meet the applicable age requirements, and must have consented to the media being published here.
• No secretly captured intimate material, and no material recorded or shared without the depicted person's consent.
• No child sexual abuse material, and nothing sexualising a minor. There is no exception to this.
• No content that is unlawful where it is published or where it was made.
• Do not substitute another person's photographs for your own, or present media that misleads about who the advertiser is.
• Do not upload copyrighted material you are not licensed to use.

Roesas reviews photographs before they appear, and may resize, re-encode, watermark or otherwise process media in order to publish it, as permitted by the Terms of Service. A photograph that is rejected does not join the published gallery.

An advertisement describes one or more of the categories Roesas offers, and nothing outside them:

• Companionship
• Content creation
• Collaboration
• Modeling & Photoshoot
• Massage

Companionship may be advertised where doing so is lawful. Company for dinner, an evening out, or accompanying somebody socially are ordinary lawful arrangements, and describing them is not prohibited.

An advertisement may not offer, imply or arrange sexual activity in exchange for money or other consideration where that is unlawful. This applies to explicit wording and equally to coded language, rate structures, abbreviations, emoji, and anything else intended to convey it. Moving the conversation off the platform does not change what the advertisement did.

What an advertiser and another adult lawfully agree between themselves, away from this platform, is a matter between them. Roesas is not a party to it, does not arrange it, does not supervise it, and makes no representation about what happens offline.

Massage and bodywork may be advertised where doing so is lawful. Roesas does not verify professional licensing and does not represent that any advertiser is licensed.

• It is the advertiser's own responsibility to determine whether a licence, establishment licence, registration, permit, insurance or exemption is legally required for what they offer, and to obtain and maintain it.
• Do not claim a credential, qualification or registration you do not hold.
• Services subject to professional or health regulation must comply with the law that applies to them.
• A massage advertisement may not be used as disguised advertising for prostitution or any other prohibited service.

What appears on the Massage section. An advertiser whose primary category is Escort or Trans may purchase exposure on the Massage section. When their advertisement appears there, it presents only massage-appropriate content: escort and companionship service descriptions are not shown as part of the Massage-facing presentation. Their advertisement on its own primary section is unchanged, and this does not alter what they have paid for — only what the Massage section displays.

Adults may advertise for, and find, other verified adults for lawful paid work of this kind. Money may lawfully change hands between independent adult creators for genuine production work, subject to the law that applies to them, and describing paid creative work is not prohibited.

• Everyone involved must be an adult and must consent.
• You must hold the rights or releases needed to publish any resulting media on Roesas.
• Describe commercial terms honestly, including whether the work is paid, unpaid or on a shared basis.
• Participants decide between themselves what is produced, on what terms, for what compensation, and who owns and may publish it. Roesas is not part of that arrangement and takes no share of it.
• Where recordkeeping or age-verification obligations apply to producing sexually explicit content, they fall on the people who actually produce and perform in it.

A label is not a licence. Calling something a shoot, a collaboration or a content project — or signing an agreement, or pointing a camera — does not make otherwise prohibited conduct permissible. An arrangement constructed to disguise a prohibited transaction is prohibited whatever it is called. A genuine collaboration is permitted; a pretext is not.

Where it is lawful to do so, adult creators may advertise collaboration opportunities with other adult creators.

• Every participant must be an adult, and must consent to what is produced and to how it is used.
• Consent, contracts, releases and any legally required record-keeping remain the responsibility of the participants.
• Everything prohibited elsewhere in these rules remains prohibited, including non-consensual material and anything involving a minor.

Roesas publishes advertisements. It does not become the producer, director, employer, agent or joint venturer of anybody merely because they found each other through this platform.

• Contact details you publish are published at your own discretion and risk. Roesas does not render a private phone number or email address on a public advertisement.
• External links must not lead to unlawful content, malware, phishing, or anything prohibited by these rules.
• Pricing must be stated honestly, and must not be used to signal a prohibited service.
• Location claims must be accurate. Do not advertise into a city you do not serve in order to appear in its results.
• Do not use prohibited keywords or coded terminology intended to convey a prohibited service.
• Do not claim, imitate or imply a verification badge, status or endorsement you have not been given.
• Do not impersonate Roesas, its staff, or its communications.
• Do not attempt to circumvent content moderation, including by editing an advertisement after approval in order to introduce content that would not have been approved.

Advertisements and photographs are reviewed before they appear, and again after an edit. Roesas may decline, remove, restrict or suspend an advertisement that breaks these rules, and may act immediately and without prior notice where the concern is serious — as set out in the Acceptable Use policy.

Removal for breach of these rules does not create a refund or credit for unused advertising time. See the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
