Acceptable Use
The conduct Roesas prohibits, and what Roesas may do when it finds it.
Roesas is an advertising and discovery platform for adults. This policy sets out what may not be done on it, or through it. It applies to advertisers, to visitors, and to anyone who contacts an advertiser because of something they saw here.
It sits alongside the Terms of Service, the Advertising & Content Rules and the Safety page. Where this policy prohibits something, the prohibition applies whether or not another document repeats it.
What this policy does not prohibit
Roesas is an adult advertising platform, and the categories it offers are lawful ones:
- Companionship
- Content creation
- Collaboration
- Modeling & Photoshoot
- Massage
Advertising companionship is not prohibited. Paid creative work between consenting adults — content creation, collaboration, modelling, photoshoots — is not prohibited, and money changing hands for genuine production work does not make it so. Advertising massage is not prohibited.
What this policy prohibits is conduct, not categories. The rules below apply to what people actually do, and they apply regardless of which category an advertisement sits in.
Lawful use, by adults, as themselves
These are conditions of using Roesas at all, not preferences.
- Use Roesas only for purposes that are lawful where you are and where the person you are dealing with is.
- Everyone using Roesas — advertisers and visitors alike — must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they are if that is higher.
- Do not provide false identity information, and do not present another person's identity, documents or photographs as your own.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, advertiser, or Roesas itself or its staff.
- Do not falsify, borrow, share, sell or otherwise misuse an identity verification, a verified badge, or the result of one.
- Do not share an account, sell an account, or operate an account on behalf of somebody whose identity has not been verified.
Exploitation, coercion and minors
These prohibitions are absolute. They are not subject to interpretation, local custom, or the wording an advertisement chooses.
- No prostitution or the exchange of sexual activity for money or other consideration, where that conduct is unlawful — and no solicitation, arrangement or facilitation of it.
- No human trafficking or sex trafficking of any kind, and no recruitment, transport, harbouring or advertising of any person for exploitation.
- No coercion, threats, intimidation, blackmail, extortion or debt bondage, and no forced labour.
- No exploitation of any person's age, poverty, immigration status, addiction, disability, isolation or dependence.
- No person under 18 may appear in, be referenced by, be depicted in, or be involved in any advertisement, content, communication or arrangement connected to Roesas, in any capacity whatsoever.
- No child sexual abuse material, and no grooming, solicitation or sexualisation of a minor. There is no context in which this is permitted.
- No non-consensual sexual material of any kind: no intimate imagery shared without the depicted person's consent, no so-called revenge material, and no secretly recorded sexual or intimate content.
- No violence, threats of violence, or content that promotes or arranges harm to any person.
Fraud, crime and deception
- No fraud, scams, theft, or deceptive advertisements — including misleading claims about who you are, where you are, what you offer, or what it costs.
- No advertising or arranging the sale of illegal drugs, or of weapons where that is unlawful.
- No use of Roesas in connection with a criminal enterprise, and no money laundering or handling of criminal proceeds.
- No arrangement constructed to disguise prohibited conduct as something else. A label, a contract, a camera or a nominal filming arrangement does not make prohibited conduct permissible, and a collaboration that exists to dress up a prohibited transaction is prohibited whatever it is called.
- No fake reviews, fake engagement, or manufactured signals of popularity or legitimacy.
- No false or unsubstantiated claims of licensing, certification, professional qualification or Roesas verification.
Misuse of the platform
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or repetitive posting.
- No malicious automation, and no scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of the site or its content except where expressly permitted.
- No unauthorised access to any account, system, network or data — yours or anybody else's.
- No malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or attempts to compromise any person or system through Roesas.
- No harassment, stalking, or sustained unwanted contact, on or off the platform.
- No unlawful hate or discriminatory conduct.
- No infringement of copyright, trademark or other rights, and no use of media you do not own or have permission to use.
- No publication of another person's private information without their consent, and no doxxing.
Attempts to work around these rules
A prohibition that can be evaded by rewording it is not a prohibition. The rules above apply to what is meant, not only to what is written.
- Do not attempt to bypass, defeat or test moderation, verification, or any safety or enforcement mechanism.
- Do not use coded language, euphemism, abbreviation, emoji, image text, or any other device intended to convey something this policy prohibits.
- Do not move a prohibited negotiation off the platform in order to evade these rules or their enforcement. Conduct is judged by what it is, not by where the last message was sent.
- Do not re-register, use another account, or act through another person in order to continue conduct that has been restricted or removed.
What Roesas may do
Where Roesas determines that this policy has been broken, it may investigate, remove content, suspend an advertisement, restrict access to the platform or to particular functionality, refuse to provide the service, terminate an advertisement or an account, or take any other enforcement measure available to it. It may act on the basis of what it can see, and is not obliged to reach certainty first.
Where the concern is serious, Roesas may act immediately and without prior warning. That includes, without limitation: trafficking; the involvement of a minor; coercion or exploitation; violence or a threat of it; serious fraud; a risk of imminent harm to any person; and any matter raised by or referred to law enforcement.
There is no guarantee of advance notice, of an opportunity to correct the conduct, or of a particular process before action is taken. Roesas may retain records of what it found and of the action it took, and may cooperate with law enforcement and other lawful authorities, including by disclosing information where required or permitted by law.
Removal or termination for breach of this policy does not create a refund or credit for unused advertising time. That is set out in the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Reporting a concern
If you advertise on Roesas, your message centre reaches a person, and anything you believe breaks this policy can be raised there.
If you do not have an account, Roesas provides limited public reporting channels for platform safety concerns, and no account or login is needed to use them: report trafficking or exploitation and report fake photographs or impersonation. A claim that material infringes a copyright you own is a separate process — see the copyright complaint page.
Those channels exist for safety concerns about content on this platform and for nothing else. They are not customer support, not a general enquiries address, and not a substitute for contacting the authorities. Roesas does not undertake to reply to a report, does not promise a particular outcome, and does not decide whether a crime has occurred.
If a person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Roesas is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in an ongoing situation.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here is the current one.
